Reflections on the group project

Hi, this will be the last blog post for this blog. On this blog I will be talking about the process of making my groups app, Ultimate Runner. Ultimate runner is an app that lets you compete against other people in who can run more. The app also has statistics about your running data. The point of the app was to make people exercise more. This seemed like a very good and relevant app to make since everybody is quarantined in their homes and need stuff to do. 

I had very much fun making the ultimate runner. All of the groups members were great to work with, and we hardly ever had issues with people coming late to meetings do the project. We were also able to meet the deadlines on all the projects on time, which I was happy about. I especially enjoyed making the poster for trade fair.  

For the project my role was jack of all trades. Being jack of all trades meant that I would help with whatever was the most important issue at the moment. That meant that I could try to do all the different things in the project.  

The most important lesson that I learned from this group project probably would be teamwork. If you want to make your group projects go well teamwork is the most important thing to focus on. When your group members have good synergy with each other doing the project goes much more smoothly. Other thing I learned from working in this project was that you should schedule your work well. I have always had hard time keeping inside deadlines and this project made me realize that I need to focus on it more. 

Overall, I enjoyed the course and I think it helped my english skills. I wish everyone a good summer!
